We can define Anxiety as the feeling of worry, nervousness and fear. AND while it is okay to feel nervous or worried in certain situations, anxiety is something that is often irrational and absent of any reason.
Anxiety is something that people experience everyday, but do not understand. They often get anxious and worry about things when they don't have to. This can be a huge distraction in one's life.
Anxiety is difficult to define, as it encompasses such a broad range of feelings or symptoms. In an attempt to explain this complex concept, we’ll be looking at many of the symptoms and definitions for anxiety in order to better understand what it really means. Anxiety can cause a variety of physical and emotional responses that are unique to each person. But fear not—we’ll break things down so that anyone can understand this common condition.
